JINKY'S UPDATE #10

Hello, everyone --

I hope you are all well and safe and had a wonderful Valentine's Day.  :)

Today's news:  I've sent out about 98% of the orders.  My most recent mailings were the remarqued covers that I needed to sketch.

This means that everything has been mailed out EXCEPT for a few custom commissions, on blank sketch covers and otherwise, that I'll complete over the next few weeks.  

With those exceptions, if you have not received your orders by the end of next week (March 6th), let me know and I'll track them.

Thanks for your patience as I got everythnig safely shipped throughout the pandemjic and the sabotage of the U.S. Postal Service.  There were more missing, damaged, and torn open packages this time than any other Kickstrter I've done.  Maddening!  But I've replaced all those orders.

So what's next?

My next Kickstarter will be a very limited edition HARDCOVER of BANZAI GIRL, which I think will be impressive on your bookshelf.

JINKY'S UPDATE #9

Hi! --

Today's December 1st!

Right on schedule, despite the BackerKit Survey glitches, I've shipped out the first round of Kickstarter orders for my BANZAI GIRLS SPECTACULAR.

The new mailing containers are quite sturdy and seem perfect for shipping out comics!

What's more, I've released the first round of digital downloads as well.

Expect orders to go out every other day for the next few weeks.

JINKY'S UPDATE #8

Hi --

Are any of you still having difficulties completing your Surveys?  

A few of you have notified us that items seemed to be missing in the BackerKit store -- which should not have been a problem, as you're already preordered the item in Kickstarter, and BackerKir is supposed to be add-ons.

In any case: We've gone in and added a bunch more things to the BackerKit store, hoping this fixes the problems.  

BackerKit is not letting us re-send the Surveys.  So if at this moment you are still having problems adding info in one section, it's OK to add the info in any other section where it allows you to input info.

If it still won't allow you to add info or order a certain item, email my directly at [email protected], and I'll deal with it that way.

Also please understand:  I have no way to see the actual Survey you received unless you take a screen shot of it and send it to me.  It would be nice to see a few that are problems, so I can better advise you how to work around whatever problem you are experiencing.  BackerKit was supposed to make thnigs easier, not harder.  But it'll all work out in the end, and with shipping planned for December I am still right on schedule.

I'll be locking orders today for Surveys already returned to me, so I can begin shipping on Monday.

BACKERKIT SURVEY GLITCHES

JINKY'S UPDATE #7

Hi --

Although I used BackerKit to send my Surveys on a previous Kickstarter without incident, the new Survey for my BANZAI GIRL SPECTACULAR KIckstarter have multiple glitches.

Some of you are finding a place missing to answer Question #1, and other are not seeing add-ons they've ordered or wish to order.

My first step:  I've reached out to BackerKit, who did not note any glitches in their tests and reviews.  I've asked for their help solving this.  

So don't worry.   I have assembled all the Messages I've gotten from you so far and forwarded them to BackerKit asking for help.  Let's give them a couple of days to review them and offer solutions.

BACKERKIT'S SURVEYS FOR MY KICKSTARTER

Hi! --

Today BackerKit sent out the first batch of Surveys, to about 5% of my Kickstarter supporters.

As soon as it confirms those Surveys are working right and are being answered, it will release the rest of them.

So far, I am still on schedule.

I could start filling orders as early as Monday, if all goes to plan.
